  1. Becoming a registered member of ETRIP INDIA is easy and free of cost. To register, click on the Contact US section on the website.
  2. The cancellation policy is specific. You can see the cancellation policy on our Website Cancellation policy tab.
  3. We accept all Visas, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, most major debit cards issued in India, as well as Net Banking payments from most major Indian banks for online bookings. We also accept part payments in case of International flight bookings. You can secure a booking by paying a minimum amount of Rs. 5,000. The payment can be made using Credit cards, Debit cards or Net Banking. You can also make the payment by calling our customer service helpline for hotel and holiday bookings, we also accept cash, cheques and wire transfers. You can get in touch with our customer care helpline for more details on the same.
  4. Absolutely. We offer our best option but You decide what's included in your package.
  5. Most hotels in India usually have a 12 hour Check in and Check Out timings. Though there are some that may allow an early or late Check in / Check Out, it however depends on the availability of the rooms that the hotels might have at their disposal during that time. Furthermore, there are also chances that a hotel may charge you for a further one day in case of an early check in or late check out. Should you have any such requirement please write to us at bookme@etripindia.com after completing your booking.

  7. Travel Insurance is designed to pay for certain unexpected costs that may arise when you are travelling, such as emergency hospital/medical costs, trip cancellation, lost baggage and accidental death insurance. Yes, we do issue travel insurance.
  8. A holiday package combines flights/trains with hotels and/or sightseeing activities into one price.
  9. Yes you can make the payment using 2 credit cards.
  10. All countries that you wish to visit require advance application for visas. This involves filing your application at the embassy or consulate of the country. Several documents are required to accompany your application. Also the respective consulates may call you for a personal interview, fingerprinting procedures or to furnish additional documentation in select cases. Etrip India provides assistance for visa application only. Grant of visa is solely at the discretion of the Embassy.
  11. This means the rates are for one person, when the accommodation is on twin-sharing, i.e., two people are sharing the room. Single occupancy has different rates, please contact 011-45670033 for these rates.
  12. We’ll send you an email confirmation for your Tour booking.

  14. For hotel and vacation packages booked over the phone, our reservation agents would process all your travel details and check for availability with the hotel. Your travel would be confirmed over e-mail as soon as we receive a confirmation from the hotel.
  15. There is no specific date, however it is advisable to book your tour well in advance to procure hotel reservations.
  16. We send the confirmation Vouchers within 24hrs (OFFLINE) after making the booking, if you don’t get it please call us at 011-45670033.
  17. Etrip India packages offer value for money, quality service by trained professionals, 24 x 7 customer supports. Our packages are designed to suit all vacation types.
  18. The booking modification can be done by calling Our customer care number. The changes would be possible as per the availability of cab with the vendor and Terms and conditions as applicable.
  19. The hotel and Transport details - Contact Number, Email Id, Address.. Will be mentioned on the vouchers which you will receive once the booking is confirmed.
  20. You get a booking ID number once you make any reservation. You need to quote that after making the booking.
  21. You can search for holidays by simply entering the Country or City name in the search box.
  22. A Twin room has 2 Single or Queen-size beds where as a Double Room has 1 King-size bed.
  23. When making your booking, Please mention the age of child travelling. Child age below 5 yrs is complimentary in Accommodation part. Child age above 5 yrs will be chargeable based on requirement as Child with bed or Child without Bed. For further Assistance kindly contact our customer care: 011-45670033.
  24. The vehicle type depends on the group size. These range from air-conditioned cars to air-conditioned coaches .
  25. Registered ETRIP INDIA members will be given 10% Discount Coupon that can be avail on every alternate bookings .
  26. Most hotels allow additional guests to stay in a room for an extra charge as long as the room doesn’t exceed the maximum number of guests allowed per room. If you book a room that cannot accommodate your group, the hotel may cancel your reservation or require that you book additional rooms. If you have doubts, check directly with your hotel for their extra–guest charges and the maximum number of people allowed in the room you’ve booked.
  27. No, you don’t. If you really want to, though, contact us at bookme@etripindia.com to confirm your reservation. You can also contact the hotel directly if you prefer.

  31. Escorted tours are group tours with a fixed departure date. The tours include authentic Indian dinners (and in some destinations lunch as well) and are escorted by a Etrip India tour manager.
